This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from VerveLink Cognitive Limited on https://vervelinks.com. Please read it before checkout.

Digital templates (one-time purchases)

Templates are digital goods. Because files can be delivered immediately, all sales are final after delivery. If we have not yet delivered your files, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the unused purchase.

Pro subscriptions

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if access was never provided due to our error.

One-time engagements

One-time services (such as Project Kickoff or Launch Readiness Audit) are billed once and do not auto-renew. Fees are generally non-refundable after the first session has started or written deliverables have been sent, except where required by law or if we fail to provide the included sessions due to our error.

Monthly guidance & coaching plans

Guidance and coaching are billed monthly and renew until canceled. You may cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; remaining live sessions scheduled in the paid month stay available. Fees already charged for the current month are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if we fail to provide the included sessions due to our error. If we cancel a booked call, we will reschedule at no extra cost or credit time in the same billing month.
