Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of https://vervelinks.com and purchases from VerveLink Cognitive Limited ("VerveLink", "we", "us"). By buying a product or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Products & services

We sell (1) subscription guidance and technical coaching plans billed monthly — including AI Coding Coaching, Code Review & Support, Architecture & Scoping, Migration Coaching, and platform-specific tracks for WordPress, HTML, Astro, Hugo, and Next.js; (2) one-time engagements such as Setup & Deploy, Project Kickoff, and Launch Readiness Audit; (3) optional website templates as digital goods; and (4) Pro subscriptions that unlock the optional template library during the subscription term. Product pages list prices, scope, and delivery details before checkout.

Delivery

Guidance & coaching: after payment we email you within 1 business day to kick off your monthly plan and book the first online session. Live sessions and async support apply for the active billing month.

Templates: digital files and access instructions are delivered by email, GitHub, or another channel you specify, typically within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Account dashboard downloads are planned as a future enhancement.

Pro (template library): access instructions are emailed within 24 hours after payment. Benefits apply for the active subscription period.

Subscriptions & recurring billing

Pro Monthly is billed at $29.99/mo and renews every month until canceled. Pro Yearly is billed at $179.99/yr and renews every year until canceled. Guidance and coaching plans are billed monthly at the price shown on each service page and renew every month until canceled. Amounts and intervals are shown again at checkout before you pay.

You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@vervelinks.com from the purchase email address. Cancellation stops the next renewal; for Pro you keep library access until the end of the paid period; for guidance and coaching, remaining live sessions in the paid month stay available. We do not charge cancellation fees.

License

Buying a template grants a license to use it for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source as a competing product or template pack.

Refunds

Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Accounts

If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can deliver products and session invites.

Disclaimer

Guidance, coaching, and templates are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted fitness for every use case. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@vervelinks.com. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
