AI Coding Coaching helps you use tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot as a disciplined workflow — not as a slot machine that dumps unreadable diffs. The goal is faster shipping with fewer regressions: better prompts, tighter repo context, and a habit of reviewing model output before it merges.

Each month includes three live sessions. We work on your real repository: project rules, indexing, agent vs chat usage, refactor loops, test expectations, and when to ignore the model. You leave with repeatable patterns you can reuse after the plan ends.

This is coaching, not “we prompt for you forever.” You should be willing to share a repo (or a sanitized slice), try assignments between sessions, and discuss trade-offs honestly.

How we work together

  1. 01

    Workflow audit

    We review how you currently use AI (chat, inline, agents, rules files) and where time is lost or quality drops.

  2. 02

    Setup that matches your repo

    We tighten context: rules, ignore patterns, docs the model should read, and a lightweight “definition of done” for AI-assisted changes.

  3. 03

    Practice loops

    Live sessions practice prompt → implement → review → test on a real task from your backlog, with explicit stop conditions.

  4. 04

    Async coaching

    Between sessions you can send a short clip of a failed AI attempt or a messy diff; we reply with a corrected approach during the billing month.

Working style. Bring a working editor setup and a real task. Sessions are online with screen share. Async replies typically within 1–2 business days during the billing month.

What this is not

  • We do not complete your entire product as a ghostwriter
  • We do not provide licensed seats for Cursor / Copilot — you bring your own tools
  • We do not train custom models or run private fine-tunes
  • Legal review of AI-generated license compliance is out of scope

Delivery & kickoff

After payment we email you within 1 business day to kick off your monthly plan and book the first session. Sessions are online. The plan auto-renews monthly until canceled.
