Launch Readiness Audit is a one-time engagement for sites or apps that are almost live. We review production configuration, basic performance and SEO hygiene, error states, analytics readiness, and obvious UX gaps that would embarrass a launch — then hand you a prioritized fix list.

You get one live walkthrough (up to 90 minutes) plus a written report. Within seven days you can email clarifying questions about the findings. This is not an ongoing retainer; if you want help implementing fixes, book Setup & Deploy or continue with Code Review afterward.

How we work together

    Intake

    After payment we send a short form: URL, stack, launch date, known risks. We schedule the live walkthrough.

    Live review

    We screen-share production/staging, probe critical flows, and note deploy/config issues in real time.

    Written report

    You receive a prioritized checklist (P0/P1/P2) with concrete remediation notes.

  4. 04

    Clarifications

    For seven days after delivery you can email questions about the report; we clarify intent and suggested fixes.
