Common paths include WordPress → Astro/Next/static, legacy HTML rebuilds, and host-to-host moves. We focus on risk reduction: SEO-preserving redirects, content parity checks, and a rollback story.

Large migrations often span more than one month. This plan is monthly so you can continue until cutover is complete; we will be honest if the scope needs more time or a narrower first slice.

    We list templates, URLs, forms, media, and integrations that must survive — and what can be dropped.

    Mapping & cutover plan

    You get a redirect / content map strategy and a sequenced cutover (preview → soft launch → DNS).

    Guided execution

    Live sessions unblock tooling, scripting approach, and QA. Homework between sessions keeps momentum.

    Verification

    Before final cutover we walk checks: critical URLs, forms, sitemap, analytics, and rollback steps.

Working style. Expect to share staging access or exports. Sessions are online. Async replies typically within 1–2 business days during the billing month.

What this is not

  • We do not bulk-copy every page for you as a content agency
  • We do not guarantee identical design pixel-parity unless you scope that separately
  • We do not include paid plugin licenses or host fees
  • Database surgery on exotic legacy systems may be declined after intake

Delivery & kickoff

After payment we email you within 1 business day to kick off your monthly plan and book the first session. Sessions are online. The plan auto-renews monthly until canceled.
