Project Kickoff is a one-time package: two intensive sessions to lock goals, choose a practical stack, define first milestones, and leave with a written brief you can execute immediately. It is the fast path when you are starting cold and do not need a month-long Architecture subscription yet.
By the end you should know what to build first, what to postpone, which tools to use, and what “week 1–2” looks like. Many clients continue into a monthly guidance plan afterward; that is optional.
Come prepared with audience, constraints, and examples of sites you like. Ambiguity is fine — clarifying it is the point of the kickoff.

How we work together

Intake
We collect goals, constraints, timeline, and references. Session 1 is booked within one business day of payment when calendars allow.

Session 1 — clarify and choose
We nail outcomes, cut scope ruthlessly, and pick a default stack with clear reasons.

Session 2 — plan the first ship
We define milestones, risks, and a 1–2 week action list. Remaining questions get answered live.

Written brief
You receive a kickoff document: goals, stack, milestones, and next actions.
Working style. One-time purchase — no auto-renewal. Online sessions with screen share / docs. Brief delivered by email or GitHub after session 2.
What this is not
- We do not build the product during kickoff
- We do not deliver full UI mockups or brand systems
- We do not include ongoing async support beyond the two sessions unless you subscribe later
- Vendor hiring / recruiting is out of scope
Delivery & kickoff
After payment we email you within 1 business day to schedule your session(s) and share a short intake form. Written deliverables are sent by email or GitHub after the engagement. Sessions are online.
