Setup & Deploy

Hands-on help to host, configure, and ship a working site — billed once.

Setup & Deploy is a one-time engagement for people who already have (or are close to having) a site or app, but keep getting stuck on hosting, DNS, environment variables, build failures, or “it works on my machine.” We do not take over your project as an agency — we guide you through the real production path on your stack until you are live.

You get two live online sessions plus a written deploy / launch checklist, then seven days of email clarification on that same deploy path. This is billed once — no monthly auto-renewal. If you need ongoing help after launch, continue with Code Review & Support or a platform coaching plan.

We support common stacks: WordPress, static HTML/CSS/JS, Astro, Hugo, Next.js, and similar hosts (Vercel, Netlify, shared hosting, VPS basics). If your stack is unusual, say so in the intake email so we can confirm fit before the first session.

How we work together

  1. 01

    Kickoff intake

    Within one business day of payment we email you a short intake: stack, host, domain status, and the blocker you care about most. We book the first live session from there.

  2. 02

    Session 1 — map the path

    We screen-share your repo or admin, identify the shortest safe path to production, and assign concrete homework (DNS records, env vars, first deploy attempt).

  3. 03

    Session 2 — ship and harden

    We review what broke, finish the deploy, and walk a launch checklist (HTTPS, redirects, 404, basic analytics, rollback notes).

  4. 04

    Clarifications

    For seven days after the final session you can email questions about the same deploy path; we clarify next steps on that go-live only.

Working style. One-time purchase — no auto-renewal. Sessions are online (video + screen share). You keep ownership of accounts and credentials — we guide while you click. Clarification emails typically answered within 1–2 business days during the 7-day window.

What this is not

  • We do not write your full product or redesign the UI for you
  • We do not manage your hosting account long-term as a retainer ops team
  • We do not guarantee zero downtime migrations without a separate Migration plan
  • Complex enterprise SSO / multi-region infra is out of scope

Delivery & kickoff

After payment we email you within 1 business day to schedule your session(s) and share a short intake form. Written deliverables are sent by email or GitHub after the engagement. Sessions are online.
