WordPress Coaching is a beginner-friendly monthly plan for people building or maintaining a WordPress site: hosting and install, theme structure, essential plugins, content workflow, and publishing confidence. We also cover practical AI-assisted editing habits when they help — without turning your site into an unmaintainable plugin pile.

Each month includes two live calls (up to 45 minutes) plus async Q&A. You should expect homework: try the steps we outline, then bring what broke to the next call.

How we work together

    We confirm hosting, PHP/version basics, backups, and admin access hygiene.

    Build & content workflow

    Theme/customizer or block editor patterns, essential plugins only, and a clean publish checklist.

    Stabilize

    Updates, security basics, forms, and what to avoid installing.

  4. 04

    Async help

    Email questions between calls during the billing month on the active WordPress work.

Working style. You keep wp-admin credentials; we guide while you operate. Online calls. Async replies typically within 1–2 business days during the billing month.

What this is not

  • We do not provide premium theme/plugin licenses
  • We do not run your marketing or write all site copy
  • Custom PHP plugin development is limited to guidance, not full builds
  • WooCommerce at marketplace scale may need a narrower scoped month

Delivery & kickoff

After payment we email you within 1 business day to kick off your monthly plan and book the first session. Sessions are online. The plan auto-renews monthly until canceled.
